The Annual General Meeting is held on the second Wednesday of December each year at the clubhouse.
Day-to-day managemnet of the club is the responsibility of the managing board, which is made up of is made up of club members elected at the AGM to serve for a period of up to 3 years. If you have any items which you want the board to consider, please write or email .
We do realise that some members may not be able to attend the AGM but would still like to air their views on company matters. The club is here for its members and they are represented by the Directors & managing board. The managing board is made up from club members, and anyone elected onto the board will represent the members for a period of 3 years. The election of board members takes place at the company AGM held during the month of December each year
